The metal gets heated and is forced into the forms of shovels, blades, and sweeps.
The materials are heat treated to make each piece harder and more wear resistant.
Edges are sharpened, holes are made straight, and surfaces are polished.
Everything, including the thickness of the steel and the position of the holes are checked.
The completed tools are packed, labeled and shipped throughout India.
